Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with a product you've purchased from inkPost, you can return it within 28 days of the original purchase date.

  • If the item is faulty, you'll be eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund at the original purchase price.
  • If the item was purchased in error and is in pristine, resalable condition, we may authorise a return.
  • For non-faulty items, you are responsible for return postage costs.

You must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before sending anything back. Returned items must arrive within 28 days of the original purchase date. We recommend getting a free certificate of posting from your Post Office.

Printer cartridges contain microchips that log usage. Items found to be used, tampered with, or not exhibiting a fault may not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please follow your printer's cleaning instructions before reporting a print issue.

If your item is damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately with as much detail as possible.

We may take up to 14 days to process exchanges, credits or refunds from the day your return is received.

Please do not return items using the plastic recycling envelope that may have come with your order — returns sent to our recycling facility cannot be processed and will be disposed of.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

inkPost reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

All images and specifications on our website are for guidance only. Manufacturers may update specifications without notice, and actual products may differ from what’s shown. We do not accept liability for typographical errors, misprints, or changes in specification. If you're unsure about a product, please contact us before placing your order.
